The Semester Meeting of the Cultural Anthropology Study Program take the form of a lunch together.
The quality of performance in the Cultural Anthropology Study Program at Udayana University must be maintained. This can be achieved by holding a joint meeting at the beginning of the semester. Regular meetings held each week before the start of the semester are vital for maintaining strong relationships within the Cultural Anthropology Study Program. The lecturers always support the event, as evidenced by their consistent attendance at the meetings at the beginning of the semester. The Cultural Anthropology Study Program was pleased to welcome two new lecturers, Taufik Agus Purnomo, S.Pd., M.A. and I Gede Andi Legawa, S.Sos., M.A. Their arrival has invigorated the Study Program with a new dynamic.
The meeting was a chance for the lecturers from the Cultural Anthropology Study Program to chat about a few things. We started off by looking at the course distribution for the odd semester of 2024/2025. We also talked about the Cultural Anthropology Study Program at the national event, as we're hosting the Adjasi Congress in September 2024. We also discussed international classes that will receive 14 Norwegian students as part of a cooperation program between the Udayana Cultural Anthropology Study Program and Go Study. And we covered various other items on the agenda, which show the number of productive programs supported by homebase lecturers.
The interesting about this meeting was that it felt more relaxed and like a family. The meeting wasn't held in the study programme office, but in a culinary tourist spot in the Serangan area of South Denpasar. The food was delicious and the boat setting was really cool, so the usual stuffiness of meetings was replaced by a relaxed and fun atmosphere. It was important to have this meeting to get lecturers to work together and to build a sense of camaraderie, which will help the Cultural Anthropology Study Program to improve.
