The Anthropology Study Program at the Faculty of Arts, Udayana University (Unud), has held a matriculation event to welcome participants of its Spring 2025 Social Anthropology program. This short-course program, conducted in collaboration with Go Study, is attended by 12 participant from Norway who will undertake their studies at Unud for approximately one semester. The matriculation event, held in the Professor's Room of the Faculty of Arts, aimed to facilitate a smooth academic transition by introducing the students to the academic environment and campus life at Udayana University, specifically within the Faculty of Arts.

The session was officially opened by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Arts, Dr. I Gede Oeinada, S.S., M.Hum. Following the opening remarks, the matriculation material was presented by the Head of the Social Anthropology Program, Prof. I Made Suastra, Ph.D. In his presentation, Prof. Suastra provided an introduction to the learning system and campus culture the participants will experience. Beyond academic orientation, the participants were also given course material books. To provide a tangible introduction to the campus, the event continued with a guided tour. The Norwegian students were shown around to familiarize themselves with all the academic facilities available within the Faculty of Arts, allowing them to adapt quickly and utilize these resources optimally throughout their studies.

Through this matriculation program, it is hoped that the participants from Norway will have a successful and fruitful semester, gaining valuable academic and cultural experiences during their time in Bali.
